3. Estimates & Payments
- Estimates are complimentary and valid for 30 days.
- A deposit may be required prior to scheduling work.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and electronic payments.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
- Weather or site conditions may impact scheduling; we will notify you promptly.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care to protect your property during service. Massagui Landscaping is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden subsurface issues, or damage caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather). Please keep pets, children, and vehicles clear of active work areas.
6. Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship. Plant health depends on proper after-care; therefore, plants, sod, and other living materials are not warranted beyond initial installation unless expressly stated in writing.
